Help nmapsi4 with the translation

1.  Download Base Translation files (nmapsi4 and nmapsi4-logr) 
2. Translate base template and rename with your language name (Es: nmapsi4_NAME.ts)
3. Use qt4 linguist tool
4. open a bug report with your files
